Pay Traffic Fines

Shasta County Superior Court partners with Official Payments Corp® to offer traffic fine payments over the internet and by telephone. Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® credit and debit cards are accepted. As the service provider, Official Payments charges a convenience fee for payment processing.

YOU CANNOT PAY YOUR CITATION ONLINE IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING ATTENDING TRAFFIC SCHOOL OR IF YOU ARE CONTESTING YOUR CITATION.

By paying online, you are WAIVING the option of Traffic School or Court Trial. Your case will be closed with a conviction immediately posted to your driving record. Refer to our Traffic Division web page for further details.

Your citation number is required to make payment online.Please be aware that it may take as long as ten or more working days for your citations to be processed with the Court. Once the citation is received, the Court will send you a courtesy notice in the mail. If you do not receive a courtesy notice by the appearance date noted on your citation, please contact the Traffic Division.

Payments are also accepted via telephone by calling (530) 245-6789. You must know your citation/ticket number and submit your request any time prior to your appearance date to make payment using this service.
