Access

To access the system you must optain a userid and password from the Shasta Courts. If you feel you need access to this system request a userid and password by filling out the " Access Request Email".

System Requirements

• Windows operating system up to XP.
• Acrobat Reader (required - only if you plan to print dockets or documents. Not required for print screens). You may download the Acrobat Reader.
• Currently IJS access does not support Windows 7. Please check back for updates as we attempt to locate a suitable replacement product.

What if I'm having connection problems?

If you have a firewall you will need to allow outbound traffic on port 1080.

How do I signoff/logout?

You should always logout with a 90 on the menu (which displays the login screen). At this point you may login again or close the application/session.
