|Postponement requests: Postponement requests MUST be made FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to your date of service. NEW INFORMATION: Requests may now be made through the IVR phone system by dialing 530-225-5701. Follow the prompts for postponing your juror summons date. If you are unable or ineligible to postpone yourself through the automated phone system, you may contact us at 530-245-6789 and select option number 1 (one), then option number 1 (one) for Jury Service then option number 0 (zero). If no one is available to take your call at that time, you may leave a voice mail message and we will return your call. Please do not leave more than one voice mail message. You may also request a postponement via email, U.S. mail, and/or in person. Requests received on the day of service will be denied UNLESS accompanied with a legal doctors excuse. PLEASE BRING YOUR POSTCARD SUMMONS WITH YOU TO THE JURY ASSEMBLY ROOM.
Do NOT park in the metered parking or the signed parking with limited parking hours, unless you have a disability placard.
JURY SERVICE DOES NOT OVERRIDE THE PARKING METERS.

|ALL||All persons who are not fully vaccinated who enter the Court Facilities must wear a face covering. See Administrative Order 18-2021 on the Court website.
All jurors who are fully vaccinated may remain unmasked upon completion of the Self-Certification of Vaccination Status form. Fully vaccinated means that a person has received, at least 14 days prior, either the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series or a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine. Fully vaccinated individuals must be in possession of their vaccination card and prepared to present said card upon request of the Court. The Self-Certification of Vaccination Status form is available in Jury Services.|
